The hotel is very luxurious, breakfast is very good. and the spa in the hotel is wonderful. We enjoyed the stay in Zakopane.

Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children. The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking. The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish. Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

Modern hotel with a very good location and food. The city center was very close by. Car. At the reception there was a bar where we could have a drink before chec-in. After a long day, wellness was a great rest. The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms. We definitely recommend.

Hotel ok ale bez szału. Telefoniczny kontakt z recepcją granicy z cudem. Zamek do drzwi w pokoju nie dział - obsługa wzywana dwa razy , dwie godziny spędzone przy otwartych drzwiach. Odbieram nawigację po hotelu jako nieczytelną. Skybar na 6 piętrze...porażka...przynajmniej wieczorem bo widoku brak. Jedzenie w hotelu jak na 4 gwiazdki na niskim poziomie jakościowym. Ale nic nie przebije tragedii w restauracji regionalnej!! Placek po zbujnicku najgorszy jaki mąż jadł. Placki smakowały fryzurą...smaku ziemniaków brak ...smakowały jak z paczki. Brak surówki...śmietany. Byliśmy w szoku jak można zepsuć tak proste danie. Pomimo podania nr auta na check in system nie został zaktualizowany i mieliśmy broblem z wyjazdem z parkingu podczas pobytu.

Замечательный отель! Всем рекомендую! Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины! Чистые номера! Персонал вежливый и внимательный . До горки учебной идти 5 минут , что крайне удобно! Низкий поклон руководству , Вы молодцы! В отель хочется вернуться! ❤️Спасибо!
